Lasagna
  • 1 Tbsp. Princess House® All-Natural Pure Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • ¾ cup onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 46-oz. jar pasta sauce
  • 16 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 12 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Egg Beaters egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
  • 1 1-lb. package lasagna noodles, cooked
  • Princess Heritage® Stainless Steel Classic 4-Qt.Casserole
  • Princess Heritage® Stainless Steel Classic 5-Qt Rectangular Buffet Pan

Preheat oven to 350°F. In casserole, heat oil until shimmering and cook ground turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is browned. Add sauce and simmer 15 minutes. In a medium sized bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, all of Parmesan and egg substitute. In buffet pan, layer 2 cups sauce, half of noodles, half of remaining sauce, all of ricotta mixture, half of remaining mozzarella, remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with lid and bake 45 minutes or until hot. Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle more Parmesan on top if desired, let cool down for 15 minutes. Serves 8-10.
