Spiced Sweet Potato Oven Fries with Chipotle Sauce

Spiced Sweet Potato Oven Fries

  • 1 ½—2 lbs. sweet potatoes, partially or totally peeled
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil or Princess House® All—Natural Specialty Foods Pure Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Princess House® All—Natural Specialty Foods Cinnamon Spice Blend
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • Terra Flame by Princess House® Ultimate Grill, Bake & Serve Stone

Chipotle Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne (adjust more or less depending on how spicy you want)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • Princess House Specialty Press & Chop Food Processor

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut sweet potatoes into ½" shoestring strips and place in a large bowl. Drizzle oil over potatoes. Toss vigorously to coat. Add brown sugar and Cinnamon Spice Blend, and toss until evenly distributed. Sprinkle kosher salt over potatoes and toss once again until all potatoes are coated. Spread potatoes out on Ultimate Grill, Bake & Serve Stone so the pieces aren’t touching and bake 25 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Using a spatula, toss or turn over the fries and bake 15 minutes more or until the potato exterior is lightly browned and blistered. Remove from oven, season with additional salt to taste.

While fries bake, place all sauce ingredients in bowl of Press & Chop with whisk. Press and stir to combine. Serve with Spiced Sweet Potato Oven Fries. Makes about ½ cup.
