Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 1 sleeve butter crackers, crushed
  • ⅓ cup plus 1 Tbsp. Princess House® Pure Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Princess House® So Simple Scampi Blend
  • ¼ tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 oz. any combination of scallops, crab meat, lobster or shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1 ¼ lbs. mushroom caps
  • Fantasi® Bake ’n Serve Tray

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine crackers, Pure Grapeseed Oil, So Simple Scampi Blend and lemon juice in a bowl. Add seafood and mix well. Arrange mushroom caps on a Fantasia Bake ’n Serve Tray. Spoon seafood mixture into mushroom caps. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and light brown on top. Serves 6.
