Princess House offers, from the date of purchase, a one-year performance warranty
against manufacturing defects and a 5-year warranty against breakage and chips
when the product is used in normal domestic household use and the user has followed
the care and use instructions provided. Princess House shall have the right to
determine if the item is defective and, at its option, replace it or provide a
refund of the purchase price. In order for a replacement or refund to be made,
the defective product must be returned at customer’s expense to Princess
House with a brief explanation and proof of purchase. This warranty excludes damage
caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED AND EXPRESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
THIS WARRANTY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF IMPLIED MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINCESS HOUSE BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE
OF THE PRODUCT. THESE DISCLAIMERS CONTINUE AFTER EXPIRATION OF EACH EXPRESS WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
